About AI Growth Advisors

Practical AI Strategy. Built Around Your Business.

AI Growth Advisors helps business owners, executives, and leadership teams build AI-enabled organizations through practical strategy, operational transformation, and responsible AI adoption.

Founded by longtime business strategist and advisor Eric Goldman, AI Growth Advisors combines deep operational experience with practical AI expertise.

We do not begin with technology. We begin by understanding your business, including your objectives, workflows, systems, people, and the operational challenges standing in the way of growth.

From there, we help identify where AI can create meaningful business value, develop a practical strategy, and stay involved through implementation, governance, training, and adoption.

The goal is not simply to use more AI.

It is to build a stronger, more scalable organization.

Meet Eric Goldman

Founder, CEO & CAIO — Your Strategic Partner in Adopting Practical AI Business Solutions

Eric Goldman is the founder and CEO of AI Growth Advisors, where he helps small and mid-sized businesses improve operations and implement practical AI solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in business consulting and coaching, Eric understands how growing companies actually work, including the systems, processes, people, and informal workarounds that keep the business moving.

His approach begins with the business rather than the technology. Eric and his team examine the organization’s goals, workflows, information flow, systems, and operational constraints before recommending an AI solution. This process helps clients identify where work gets stuck, where information is lost, and where employees spend time on repetitive or unnecessary tasks.

Once the opportunity is clear, AI Growth Advisors designs, builds, and implements solutions tailored to the company’s existing operations. These may include intelligent email management, information extraction, workflow automation, internal knowledge assistants, customer intake, meeting support, reporting, and systems that connect information across departments and platforms. Eric also helps organizations establish the governance, security, compliance, training, and human oversight needed to use AI responsibly.

Eric believes technology should support the business and the people doing the work. Every solution begins with a clear business problem, a defined workflow, and a measurable outcome. AI is introduced where it can improve capacity, reduce administrative work, strengthen decision-making, or enhance the customer experience.

Before founding AI Growth Advisors, Eric spent nearly two decades helping companies grow, improve operations, and navigate change through Goldman Consulting Group. He has built and sold businesses, worked with startups, and advised owners and executives across professional services, healthcare, technology, consumer products, real estate, and construction-related industries. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the pressures business leaders face and the importance of solutions that employees will actually use.

Eric’s corporate background includes leadership roles at Disney, ESPN, and Levi’s, where he developed expertise in strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and organizational growth. Today, he combines that experience with AI strategy and implementation to help businesses increase capacity, operate more effectively, and prepare for what comes next.

Who We Work With

We work with business owners, executives, and leadership teams in growing organizations that are ready to approach AI more strategically.

Our clients often include:

  • Growing organizations whose operations have become more complex as the business has scaled

  • Professional services firms looking to increase capacity and improve how work moves across teams

  • Leadership teams developing an organization-wide AI strategy

  • Organizations trying to improve workflows across departments and systems

  • Companies looking to scale without continually increasing headcount

  • Leaders concerned about AI governance, security, client data, and responsible adoption

  • Organizations moving from individual AI experimentation toward a coordinated approach

Our clients span professional services, healthcare, consulting, construction, project management, nonprofits, and other operationally complex organizations.

What they have in common is not an interest in AI for its own sake.

They want stronger operations, greater organizational capacity, and a practical strategy for using AI to support sustainable growth.

About Us - What We Believe_edited_edited

What We Believe

Business Outcomes Come First

AI initiatives should begin with a clearly defined business challenge and a measurable outcome.

AI Should Build Organizational Capacity

The greatest opportunity is not saving a few minutes on individual tasks.

It is helping the organization handle more work, improve speed and consistency, and scale more effectively.

People Remain Essential

AI should strengthen the capabilities of your organization and the people within it, not remove the judgment, relationships, and expertise that make the business valuable.

Strategy Comes Before Technology

The right question is not:

"Which AI tool should we buy?"

It is:

"What are we trying to improve?"

Responsible Adoption Creates Confidence

Governance, security, client data protection, accountability, and human oversight should be built into AI adoption from the beginning.

Implementation Matters

A strategy sitting in a presentation does not create business value.

Successful AI adoption requires implementation, training, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Let's Talk

Building an AI-enabled organization does not begin with choosing technology.

It begins with understanding your business.

If your leadership team is evaluating where AI can create the greatest value, how to improve operations, or how to adopt AI responsibly across the organization, we're here to help.

Let's start with the business challenge you're trying to solve.
